Kajooru Satish
Kajooru Satish is from the Kajooru village of Somwarpet, Kodagu, in Karnataka. He is a teacher at a school in Somwarpet. He has published three collections of verse. His first collection of verses, Gayada Huvugalu, was selected for the Kadegondlu Award 2015, and his second work, Kadala Kare, won the Bendre Book Prize 2017. His third collection, Kannallilida Malehani, has won the Chi Srinivasaraju Poetry Award 2021.
